FIX databases may be exported to web pages by using the Utilities menu.  Select the 'Load & Repair Utilities - XML Database Export' selection. 

By using this selection files are created in a directory that may be published to your web host or another directory. 

By default the settings last used are 'saved'.  All configurations and default exports are defaulted in the future with the 'saved' settings.

As an option for testing purposes, the web browser may be launched upon completion of the export by enabling the 'Browse' checkbox.
