Reporting Overview

FIXPro is used by 200 plus financial institutions for Forms Inventory
Management and control. Through
this history, the standard set of reports has been refined and as a result
FIXPro has a very robust set of standard reports. A sample of the reports are on the web
site, but more importantly FIXPro has specific time tested and proven
processes that ensure these reports are accurate and used in a timely fashion. As with all reports they can be
printed, displayed or viewed and then emailed. If the reports are written in Crystal by end users, then
they also may be scheduled to run in ‘off hours’, ’daily’ etc.
Low Level Reporting – By Item’s Criteria or Calculated

Stock Re order Notices – With Owner’s signature etc and reminders plus a
follow up system.

Obsolete item/form reports by owner – Calculate or manually driven

Stock Status Reports – Quantity Detailed by Warehouse by Value

Monthly reports by Charge Back Account, Department or Ship to Location

Monthly reports detailed and summary of usage, returns, destroys, physical
variance, pricing variances, packaging changes

Item Docket Specifications for re printing and re ordering

Transactional reporting of items on order, back ordered etc.
