FIX Product Line, customer
satisfaction is 4hr response time. To aid us in delivering
and processing we prefer email of questions and/or support issues.
In turn we will even send patches, Tips, and help you with
connecting Excel spread sheets to your database via email.
Ironwood support for it's products is by
contract. Each client has a yearly support agreement pre
paid. All support agreements for FIX software are 18% of the
purchase price of the software. The support agreement
includes both media upgrade protection, email support, patches and
access to our technical staff for customization. In addition
to this support, further hot line service is available for
extended care by phone.
